Eastern Movement is Kevin East’s personal training brand. This optional SMS program helps his existing clients share their training goals, experience, availability, and preferences before a gym session.

How it works

- Meet in person.Kevin introduces the program during your gym onboarding. You can read the SMS terms and privacy policy before deciding.
- Choose whether to join.If you want texts, check the optional SMS consent box and sign the paper form. Your training is available whether or not you opt in.
- Reply when it suits you.Receive a confirmation and short questions to help Kevin prepare. Messages may also include session coordination and training follow-up.

The pilot is for up to 20 existing clients per month. It is not a prospecting, advertising, or lead-sharing service.
Message frequency varies, up to 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. There is no additional subscription charge for the SMS program.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can always speak with Kevin directly instead of using SMS.
Keep your text replies to training goals, experience, scheduling, and preferences. Discuss injuries, medical history, and other sensitive health details directly with Kevin.

Kevin East provides the personal training service and receives your replies. Squaretech supplies the software and AWS messaging infrastructure for this program. SMS permission is for Eastern Movement’s client communications only.
